Back in 2005, learning about Tripod Beta Incident Analysis completely shifted how I approached safety and investigations. And the inspiring Tripod Beta community with so many generous people, supported me to first becomed a Gold Practitioner and later in 2013 I became an accredited trainer from the Tripod Foundation.
Fast forward to today: I’m preparing to deliver another open training in Copenhagen, Oct 7–9.
We already have a strong group confirmed — from construction industry and from offshore wind — and just a few seats still open.
I love delivering these trainings, to pass on knowledge and experience and get participants ready to go back and use it immediately in their work – to generate meaningful discussions that give deeper, long-term learnings, beyond ‘human error’. In the training — other than learning the Tripod method — the discussions and insights that emerge between the participants, with their different backgrounds, is so inspiring for us all.
